Warsaw - Day 2

For our second and final day in Warsaw, we travelled the Royal Route. After another leisurely breakfast at the Hotel MDM we travelled by metro to the Old City and saw the statue to Copernicus (very interesting solar system built into the ground around it) and walked the Royal Route up to the Castle. There was a huge street fair going on and we were able to see huge amounts of breads and sausages. Plus they were giving away free potatoes. We theorized it was a Harvest Celebration! For the afternoon we took a bus tour of Warsaw, seeing all the parts we had yet to see. Now onto Krakow in the morning!
