This Thanksgiving we wanted our house full of smiles and laughter as we celebrated our first Thanksgiving without Mom. So we invited the McCarter Clan and about 80 turned up! Dad and I cooked a beautiful 17 pound turkey and I made 24 Hour Salad & Pecan Pies. Alex was in charge of the sweet potato casserole. Everyone else brought a dish or two and we had a huge feast.
