It's been a few weeks of intermittent snow and ice around here. Last year I was in Cambodia when all the snow came down here so while everyone else was enjoying freezing temps I was sweltering in the heat and humidity of SE Asia. But not this year. So far I've had 3 of 7 classes cancelled at WSCC for inclement weather. The second time it snowed I decided it was time to try my hand at snow cream. I must say it was delicious!
