I hope that everyone had as nice an Easter celebration as we did! Easter has always been my favorite holiday. Once again, we hosted a large Easter Dinner at our home after the Services at Church. We had lots of our extended family plus several friends including Amy and two friends from England. In total there were approximately 77 for lunch. We had a huge dinner in the beautiful sunshine followed by two egg hunts. We hid almost 300 eggs! I think everyone had a wonderful day together.

Me & ClaireEaster was definitely one of Mom's favorite holidays as well and we couldn't help but be reminded of last Easter throughout the day. It was without doubt difficult but that is the joy of Easter - it is a celebration of a resurrected Savior and a promise of life beyond death.
