Fun Times with the Family: Florida Style

It has been several years since we have taken a family vacation.  2009 to be exact when it was only Dad, me, Ashley & Alex and we spent two weeks in Alaska.  It was difficult but we finally managed 2 days together in the same place - Kissimmee, Florida.  So we left the cold behind us and headed south.  We also had the added bonus of being able to celebrate my birthday somewhere a little new and fun:

The one full day we had together we spent exploring Sea World.  It was a lot of fun.  We took a ride through Antarctica.  Saw Shamu and the other whales.  Fed the sharks.  Dad, Sharon, Jagger & Reagan rode the roller coaster.  I am not sure who was the most nervous.  Even after a long day we caught the dolphin show and watched the mantees before heading back to the condo for a pizza party.  It was a great day.

Even though we hated to see Alex, Sheena & Jagger go, school was calling.  I think it was calling less strongly to Jagger than his mama but he still made it back in time for class on Tuesday.   The rest of us, instead of resting we braved a day at the Magic Kingdom next.  It's a Small World, Dumbo, Buzz Lightyear, Flying Carpets, The Jungle Cruise, and Pirates of Caribbean were all fun but Reagan thought Buzz was Best!  And no trip is complete without seeing Mickey.
