The Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians celebrated the 100th Anniversary of Girl Scouting in the USA with Bridgefest in Chattanooga, TN! Over 500 girls and their parents and leaders met at AT&T Baseball Stadium in downtown for a fun-filled event before walking across the pedestrian bridge into the Park for an afternoon filled with entertainment, food and games. Just as girls "bridge" from one level of Girl Scout to the next, today we "bridged" from one century of Scouting to another 100 years!
